Northwest Missouri State University has begun a project to transform and modernize the campus’s energy infrastructure, ensuring the University’s ability to deliver more reliable, sustainable and cost-effective heating and cooling to campus facilities for future Bearcats.
Northwest’s Board of Regents approved the estimated $105 million project in September 2023, making it the largest capital project request in the University’s history. The University expects the project will take approximately two to three years to complete.
